Grant McArthur

Grant McArthur is a dedicated legal advocate with a broad litigation background and a strong commitment to supporting families through complex legal matters.

Mr. McArthur earned his Bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from California State University San Marcos, where he developed a foundation in research and critical thinking. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, one of the nation’s most prestigious and highly ranked institutions.

He began his legal career with a public interest focus, working for the San Diego Public Defenders Office as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. He then moved into Federal Litigation and general civil litigation disputes primarily representing inventors in patent litigation. Mr. McArthur is barred in every California Federal District Court, in Wisconsin Federal District, and has experience litigating pro hac vice in almost every state across the country. Mr. McArthur has leveraged his client’s positions to successfully settle against large Fortune 500 companies, and for clients in smaller civil litigation lawsuits as well. He then took a few years away from litigation to fulfill his desire to serve, and did so by representing children in dependency and delinquency cases.

With his background as a litigation attorney, Mr. McArthur has successfully handled countless family law cases involving complex issues. He has handled numerous trials and hearings, and keeps his clients well advised in the case that a settled outcome may benefit them. His diverse background gives him a well-rounded and strategic approach to family law practice.
